It could also have you thinking about the aspects of your life that brought you happiness the previous year and the areas where there is still room for growth.

Andrea's Success Story: From a Mother To a Personal Trainer

The Chrysalis Studio team first met Andrea when her husband gave her the experience as a gift after receiving the winning bid at a charity auction.  At the time she was on maternity leave, had gained weight and wanted to carve an identity of her own aside from being a Mum.
